This is an exciting day. This is a terrifying day.  This is a day I’ve dreamed and talked about for years, but never made happen. This is a day that has excited me, intimidated me, and ultimately immobilized me in something I’ve had a passion for for years. Launch day.

What if no one reads it? What if everyone reads it?! I’m not an expert on anything, why should anyone care about my opinion? I’m not pretty/skinny/insertotherexcusehere enough to be a blogger, why am I even trying?!

The truth is, my blog will not be for everyone, and not everyone will read and support it. But that’s not why I’m starting it, and I think it’s important that you understand why I am.

MY WHY

I have a passion for many things in life that I sum up in three things: style, wellness, and travel. And I’ve learned a lot about those things as I’ve navigated my way to finding health and happiness for my life. Every time I’ve stumbled across something great, a recipe, a workout, beauty product, etc. I immediately want to share it with my friends and family so they can enjoy it as well. This soon became a trend and people started asking me for advice on the things I loved the most and telling me I needed to write about these things, and I thought “yeah that would be pretty neat to share this with more people and hopefully have them enjoy this as well”.

So that’s what I am here to do.

I’m here to share my experiences in my never-ending pursuit of health and happiness, and attempt to inspire others on their journey to find the same things.

MAKING THE LEAP, WITH HELP

To be honest I’m still just as scared as I write this post, and I’m sure I’ll need a glass of champagne (or two) to finally hit “publish”, but I’ve decided that I’m going to “burst my own bubble” (in a good way) and finally let out all the passion and creative ideas I’ve had all bottled up in my mind for years now. It’s a little exciting 🙂

I wouldn’t be able to do this without the support and encouragement from my amazing family and friends who have made this all possible through their unwavering support of my sometimes crazy ideas. They have been so willing to help in any way that they could to make sure that I make this dream a reality.

So thank you, every single one of you, for your love and support of this little endeavor, and thank YOU for reading this.
